This is the core work. Using personalized nutrition and targeted lifestyle shifts, we systematically strengthen the systems that directly impact your hormones: blood sugar stability, digestive function, nutrient sufficiency, sleep, and stress resilience. You have ongoing support and accountability as we implement changes and track exactly how your body responds across your cycle. This is where things start to feel genuinely different.
As your symptoms improve and your body finds its footing, we refine the approach based on what's working and build the practices that will hold your results long after we're done.
