Phase 1: Baseline Blueprint

We begin with a comprehensive intake —a thorough deep dive into your health & cycle history, digestion, energy patterns, mood, stress, and sleep. This is where we identify what your symptoms are actually communicating and build a clear picture of which foundational systems need the most targeted support. You'll leave this phase with an understanding of how your body functions as a whole and what’s driving your symptoms.

Phase 2: Rebuild the Foundations

This is the core work. Using personalized nutrition and targeted lifestyle shifts, we systematically strengthen the systems that directly impact your hormones: blood sugar stability, digestive function, nutrient sufficiency, sleep, and stress resilience. You have ongoing support and accountability as we implement changes and track exactly how your body responds across your cycle. This is where things start to feel genuinely different.

Phase 3: Refine, Sustain, and Own It

As your symptoms improve and your body finds its footing, we refine the approach based on what's working and build the practices that will hold your results long after we're done. You'll leave with a real understanding of your body, your cycle, and how to support yourself, without needing someone else to manage it for you.

How long until I see results?

Most clients notice something shifting within the first couple of weeks — usually energy or mood stability before cycle-specific symptoms. Full, meaningful improvement in period pain and PMS typically happens across 2-4 cycles. Everyone is different and there are a lot of factors that influence results.

What if I've already tried everything?

You've probably tried a lot! But most of what gets recommended for hormonal issues is aimed at managing symptoms, not figuring out why you're dealing with them in the first place. Nutritional therapy works differently. If you've never worked this way, you haven't tried everything yet.

Do I have to give up foods I love or follow some strict plan?

No way! (You can keep your coffee, girl.) No elimination or restrictive diets, no copy & paste plan, no laundry list of supplements or thousands of dollars on lab tests. This is about adding in the right support for your specific situation in a way that's actually sustainable.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Outside of our bi-weekly sessions, you're looking at roughly 90 minutes for your initial intake paperwork and about 30 minutes per week to keep up with your tracker notes. The shifts we implement are designed to easily fit into your life, not add another “to-do” to your list.
