About Me

I found Nutritional Therapy after years of battling migraines, chronic yeast infections, blood sugar crashes (hangry much?!), anxiety, and constant confusion about what actually is a healthy lifestyle. Like many of us, I spent years trying different diets (shaped by the era of low-rise jeans and low-fat everything) always hoping for lasting results but never quite getting there.

When I began exploring holistic nutrition, food for healing, and root cause approaches - something finally clicked. Not only did I start feeling so much better, but I realized I was deeply passionate about this work. I went on to study with the Nutritional Therapy Association and, for the first time ever, I finally found a sense of peace in my body and my health.

Now, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I help others build lasting wellness by supporting the body’s foundational systems of digestion, blood sugar balance, sleep, stress management, and eating nutrient-dense, real foods.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I take a bio-individual approach, because your body and your person is unique to only you. My goal is to empower you with the tools, education, and support you need to take charge of your health - sustainably, and with confidence.
